COMPUTER ANALYST / DEVELOPER

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Analyst / Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing legacy systems, gathering functional requirements, and participating in process improvement initiatives. As a Computer Analyst / Developer, you will be responsible for configuring systems, conducting integrations, and designing solutions to meet business needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze existing legacy systems and gather functional requirements through user meetings and gap analysis.
• Configure systems by creating master records, defining accounts, and setting up user interfaces.
• Lead integration efforts for various functionalities and third-party tools.
• Conduct interviews with key business users to collect information on business processes and user requirements.
• Ensure completeness of documentation related to new developed solutions.
• Design and implement solutions to address business needs and improve processes.
• Participate in testing phases and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Analyze and propose solutions to tickets raised by business in day-to-day processes.
• Engage in cross-functional activities, collaborating with different teams and integrating with various modules.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Analyst / Developer or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Experience with system configuration, integration, and solution design.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
